Shopping Online

How can I pay?

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo and Maestro as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also call the studio and pay by card over the phone.

I live outside the UK, can you deliver to me?

We certainly can. We are happy to ship our products anywhere in the world (with the exception of certain items which are too fragile.) We prefer to ship cushions without their pads internationally to reduce bulk. For all international orders including those to Europe, please contact the studio directly for a shipping quote by e-mail at sales@clarissahulse.com or call our office on +44 (0)207 226 7055 (Weekdays 9.30-17.30).

When will my order arrive?

Approximate delivery times are displayed on each product page. We always try to process your order as soon as it is placed, however please be aware that during busy times this may take longer. If there are ever any significant delays or a product is out of stock we will get in touch with you to discuss alternatives.

How much is shipping?

All orders over £100 are eligible for free UK delivery. You can find detailed information on delivery charges for each size, region and product category on our shipping page.

My item is out of stock, will you be getting more?

We always endeavour to add an expected restock date to the product page of any out of stock item. Please feel free to contact the sales team if an item you want is out of stock and we’ll be happy to give you an update. As a general rule of thumb, however, sales items and one-offs that go out of stock are not likely to be replenished.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Clarissa Hulse designs make great gifts. You can purchase gift vouchers online in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100 here.

I’m having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?

If you are having technical issues with the website of any sort, please get in touch with our sales team:sales@clarissahulse.comand we will be more than happy to investigate for you. It helps if you can include the device and browser you’re using so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Do you provide a sampling service?

You can order samples of our fabrics, murals and wallpapers on the individual product pages. We highly recommend getting a sample before you purchase a larger piece to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. Samples are limited to a maximum of 2 per design. We do not offer a sampling service for any of our other products.

Do you provide bespoke services such as fire or stain retardant treatment for the fabrics?

We do. Please send us an email with the quantities you would require to be treated to: sales@clarissahulse.com and we will put together a quote for you.

My samples haven’t arrived, where is my order?

Fabric, mural and wallpaper samples are sent directly from our manufacturers two different locations, and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

You can find detailed information on delivery charges for each size, region and product category on our shipping page. All orders over £100 are eligible for free UK delivery.

I live near by, can I come and collect?

As we don't keep every item in stock at our studio, please get in touch first if you would like to come and collect, so we can let you know if that is possible.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns for most of our products within 28 days (14 for sale items). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products such as cut lengths of fabric and bespoke murals cannot be returned unless faulty. There is more detail on our returns page here.

Wallpaper Returns

If you have spare rolls of wallpaper that don’t need anymore, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, you can use the return slip contained in your order to send them back. Please make sure you write your order number on the return slip for the warehouse to locate it and let us know by email so we can process your refund.

Fabric Returns

Please order a sample before placing a fabric order to avoid disappointment as cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. They can only be returned to our studio if faulty.

Design

Do you do bespoke commissions?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a bespoke service at this time.

I need a designer’s eye to help me with my colour scheme, can you help?

Of course we can, it’s what we’re good at! We’re always happy to give advice on which products work best where so feel free to give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.

I want to see thing in real life, is that possible?

Yes! Come and visit us in our Studio Shop in London. We’re always incredibly pleased to welcome customers new and old to take a look at our wares in person.
