If you love making Christmas gifts, or maybe you’re hunting for a little project to make with your children, we have some ideas for you! Sophie and Bella have been beavering away, coming up with a few easy to sew ideas using our new cotton poplin. The fabric is £12.50 for half a metre, but you get 10% off on 2m or more (you can mix and match the designs).

First up is a Bento Bag. These sweet little bags can be made in different sizes and are brilliant for storing anything from craft materials to charger cables when travelling. Or could even be reusable gift wrap!

Next is Scrunchies, they are a doddle to make and make cute gifts for anyone with (longish) hair!

Or why not try a Table Runner? I must confess I was a little sceptical about this reversible table runner, but I couldn’t believe how much it brightened up the table when we styled these photos. They are incredibly easy to sew, and you could also make co-ordinating napkins.
If you want to know any more about these ideas, or to give them a try, you can download our Craft Fabric Projects Guide here...

Or if you are not much of a sewer yourself but know someone who is (yes, I know, not the drains variety of sewer), you can buy bundles of craft fabrics for £45, in 4 different colour groups. They each contain just over 2m of cotton poplin (70cm of each design) and would make the perfect gift for the seamstress in your life.
