Shipping policy

All Clarissa Hulse products are designed in our London studio. Orders are dispatched directly there, apart from wallpaper and murals which are delivered directly from our suppliers. 

For items that are in stock, including samples, we aim for you to receive your order within 3–5 working days.

We will send your order in a single shipment. However, if your order includes items stocked in different locations they will arrive separately. You will only be charged one delivery fee.

If you require your order urgently, we should be able to arrange next working day delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us at sales@clarissahulse.combefore placing your order to discuss available options. 

We will contact you if a product is out of stock or there are any delays.

Mainland UK

Fabric Samples – £2.50 by Royal Mail (untracked)

Wallpaper Samples - £2.50 by EVRI (untracked)

Large letter items (fit through a letterbox) – £3.50 by Royal Mail Tracked 48

All other items (under £150)– £6.95 by tracked service

Orders over £150  –  Free delivery by tracked service

Regional Charges

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Highlands & Islands - £10 by tracked service

Bulky or heavy orders may be required to pay an additional surcharge.

International Delivery

Customers across Europe and North America can now place orders directly on our website and check out as normal, with shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout. Please note we will ship cushions without their pads internationally to reduce bulk.

International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days to Europe, 10-15 working days to US/Canada.  Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Customs & Duties

Clarissa Hulse Ltd. is based in the UK. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges that apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are usually collected by the delivery carrier before or upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow its progress.

Please note that delivery times may vary and are subject to the service provided by our delivery partners. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

If attempted delivery is unsuccessful, there will be one further free attempt before the order is sent back to the studio. If the order needs to be shipped again, you will first need to pay another delivery charge. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
