Shipping policy

All Clarissa’s products are designed in her Islington studio. Some are kept in stock and will be dispatched directly from the studio. However there are some exceptions and delivery times may vary from product to product, as explained below.

If your items are in stock (including samples), we will aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days.

Our current wallpaper and fabric collection stock is held by our manufacturers, they will send your fabric or wallpaper order directly to you in the UK. Our Clearance fabric collection is stocked in our studio. To avoid extra shipping charge, Clearance fabrics will be sent folded and not on a roll.  If you wish to receive it on a roll, please contact our sales team: sales@clarissahulse.com

We always try to send your entire order in a single delivery with the exception of any items that are dispatched from our manufacturers. In this case your order may be shipped in multiple packages, but you’ll only be charged once. We will always let you know if there will be any delays.

Once shipped you will be notified of your delivery slot. If the delivery is unsuccessful there will be one further free attempt at delivery before the order is sent back to the studio. If the order needs to be shipped again you will first need to pay another delivery charge. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

MAINLAND UK

Samples – £2.50 by Royal Mail

Large letter items (tea towels, packable bags & cards) – £3.50 by First Class Royal Mail large letter post (not tracked)

Orders less than £100 – £6.95 by courier (DHL, FedEx, DPD)

Orders over £100  –  Free delivery by courier (DHL, FedEx, DPD)

REGIONAL UK AND CHANNEL ISLANDS CHARGES

Standard charges for remote regions of the UK are as follows. (Bulky or heavy orders may be required to pay an additional surcharge.)

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – £15

UK Islands (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight) – £15

REST OF THE WORLD

We are happy to ship our products anywhere in the world with a few exceptions. We will ship cushions without their pads internationally to reduce bulk.

For US and CANADA orders, you can place your orders on our website. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery time can take from 5 to 10 working days. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Clarissa Hulse Ltd. is based in the UK. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the UK, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item and the recipient will have to pay their local duties for clearance on arrival. This will be handled by the courier company.
