Currently all of our orders are delivered using DPD. We generally use a next day delivery service and DPD will offer a delivery slot by text message if you input your mobile phone number. We do not deliver weekends.
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however please note, bedlinen products may be sent separately from other products, so these may arrive at different times. If part of your order is taking a longer than expected time to be made, we may also part ship it. We will always try to advise customers if this is the case. Please note if we decide to send your items at different times, you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
If delivery is attempted by our courier service and no-one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will make one further attempt at delivery at no extra cost. If this further attempt is unsuccessful, the package is then returned to the Clarissa Hulse studio. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable and the next delivery would not be made until a further payment has been made. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept and sign for, the order.
We only deliver on working days. We class Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays as non working days.

Overseas Delivery Charges
Clarissa Hulse products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
